• We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, and smoking. These are not permitted, and violators will be asked to leave without a refund.

• Maximum of 12 people on set (inquire if your group is larger).

• We are a Time-In and Time-Out studio. You will be allowed into your studio at your start time and have a clean & reset studio by your end time. You MUST be out of the studio no later than the end of your reservation. No exceptions. If you need additional time for setting up and breaking down, book more time in your reservation.

• Anything potentially messy MUST be approved. Ex. water, glitter, mud, oil, snow, etc. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

• The person who made the reservation is responsible for all people on their set including damages.

• No food or beverages are permitted within the cyc wall areas.

• Do not stand, run, sit, etc. on the curve of the cyc wall. It is hollow and will not support weight.

• Clients are responsible for all damages caused during the rental. These charges are at the discretion of our staff.

• Clean up fees may be applied if the studio is left in an overly messy state including body paint, glitter, elements, etc. This is at the staff’s discretion.

• Props including furniture may be used. Please ask staff for assistance moving furniture onto and off of the cyc wall, if necessary. You are expected to leave the studio as you found it.

• Do not enter studio spaces without permission from staff. Staff may enter any part of the studio at any time.

• Use of animals must have written consent from our staff. All animals must have a handler at all times. The handler must have this as their sole position for the shoot.

• While all ages are allowed in the space, persons under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them at all times.

• Studio furniture and props are available on a first come first serve basis.

• No excessive noise. The studio is located within an office building, which has shared walls with other units. Please be respectful.

• Production insurance is not required.

• We have a variety of props and accessories available on a first come first served basis. You may rearrange the furniture in your studio while you're shooting and it needs to be reset when your reservation is over. Furniture cannot be removed from the studio.

• You are not permitted to hang or affix anything to the walls, nor are you permitted to paint the walls.

• Aerosol haze is permitted, however smoke machines are prohibited.

• Nudity is permitted.

• In the common studio area, we have 24/7 security cameras that record audio and video. There are no recording devices in the dressing area or bathrooms.
